Some people that have known me my whole life have trouble believing that I became a beauty professional considering I have never really been a "girly" girl. My mom always talks about how when I was a little kid, I could care less about what I looked like. I was totally cool with not having matching clothes or disheveled hair. I truly didn't care. It wasn't until I turned probably 13 or so did I really start caring about my appearance. Up until then I was generally a hot mess (and I still am sometimes, haha). I will say that I always had a knack for hair and make up. I was always doing my friend's hair and make up for fun or for special events. There was a time where my mom gave me a box of make up that she didn't use any more and it was on on like flan! From the Owner: A Great Team

One of the most difficult  issues that business owners deal with is staffing.  It's so hard to find good people to do the very best they can to provide great services and exemplary customer service.  First, they have to commit to truly being part of the team.  Second, they have to be willing to do whatever they can to support the team.  Finally, they have to be consistent. Of course I'm committed, its MY business and I'm going to do whatever it takes to be successful.  But getting other staff members to have that same level of commitment is very difficult.  Believe me, I have definitely been through a number of employees.  It's not that they were all bad.  Its just that they either couldn't provide great services or weren't willing to give exemplary customer service or they just weren't committed to being part of the team.
